FIPS Audit History report
The FIPS Audit History report is a chronological log of all FIPS status changes for the appliance and its protected assets.
Use this report to audit FIPS compliance over time, including the initial registration of each asset and any subsequent status changes.
NOTE This report is available only on FIPS-enabled appliances.

The name of the protected asset. |

Component Type |
The type of Unitrends agent installed on the asset: ● Agent (Windows) ● Agent (Linux) |

Event |
The type of FIPS status event that was recorded: ● Initial Registration — The asset's FIPS status was recorded for the first time. ● Status Change — The asset's FIPS status changed from its previous state. ● Module Mismatch — The FIPS module version on the asset does not match the expected version. ● Self-Test Fail — The FIPS cryptographic self-test failed on the asset. |

The version of the FIPS cryptographic module in use on the asset at the time of the event. |

OpenSSL Version |
The version of OpenSSL in use on the asset at the time of the event. |

Agent Version |
The version of the Unitrends agent installed on the asset at the time of the event. |
