The Windows agent now installs and updates on Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, and Windows 7. Previously, a fresh install, manual update, or auto-update on these systems failed with "Error 1920. Service 'BP Agent' (BP_Agent) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." If you downgraded these assets to agent 11.0.1-1 or turned off auto-update as a workaround, you can now update to the current agent and turn auto-update back on.
